Join a dynamic team in the Los Angeles area and take the lead as a Senior Project Manager - Water/Wastewater Treatment, spearheading project delivery with our West Regional Water Team.
Compensation: -$190,000 - $250,000+ (DOE), Significant Bonus Structure, Massive career growth opportunities (we promote internally)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, design, and construction projects for private/industrial water clients, including data centers, manufacturing, power, mining, food and beverage, landfill leachate, and more.
- Manage teams of technical engineers and staff, contributing to organizational strategy and serving as a key client representative.
- Deliver innovative solutions to clients, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in civil, chemical, environmental, mechanical engineering, or a related field. - Professional Engineer license.
- At least 8 years of consulting experience with industrial water and wastewater clients. - Experience in delivering industrial and municipal planning and design projects.
- Demonstrated understanding of designs, water and wastewater unit processes and technologies, master planning, and condition assessments. Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer license, or the ability to obtain licensure in California.
- Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Project delivery experience with MicroStation, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Experience providing services during construction.
- Willingness to mentor junior engineers.
- Involvement in professional society organizations, community organizations, or other leadership roles with volunteer organizations.
- Self-motivated, initiator, demonstrated through professional society involvements or related activities.
