HVAC sheetmetal - Duct Installer

Per Mark: Journeyman would ideally be filling the gap of their needs with desire, capability, and physicality to become a foreman down the line. 4+ solid years of knowledge in sheetmetal, pipe a plus, all commercial. Their challenge: They have young green guys with hardly any experience and older foremen who can't physically do the work they where able to in the past. These journeymen would fill that gap and would eventually move up into the foreman role. Pay will depend on their experience and willing to pay up to $28/hr for the right candidate. Journeyman will be working on the retrofit construction side under Mark Adams. This is a direct placement role.
