We’re looking for a Construction Safety Manager who thrives on variety, leadership, and impact. In this role, you won’t just monitor safety—you’ll shape culture, inspire teams, and drive safety excellence across multiple construction projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine. You’ll:
Lead, coach, and inspire teams with top-notch safety training (think OSHA and beyond).
Walk the sites, spot risks before they become problems, and keep projects running smoothly.
Dive into investigations, analyze what went wrong, and turn lessons into game-changing solutions.
Create safety plans tailored to each project, setting everyone up for success from day one.
Keep safety front and center with toolbox talks, safety stand-downs, and JSAs that make an impact.
Be the keeper of all things compliance: safety data sheets, protective gear, certifications—you’ll keep it all organized and ready.
Lead quarterly safety meetings and drive best practices across the region.
Partner with project leaders and subcontractors to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Travel to different projects, meet teams, and be the voice of safety wherever you go.
?? What You Bring to the Table
OSHA 30 certification (required).
4+ years in a safety leadership role, ideally in construction.
A sharp eye for detail, with hands-on experience in site inspections.
Tech-savvy with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Project.
The confidence to train and lead others—and the communication skills to make safety stick.

You’re dependable, present, and committed—safety doesn’t take a day off.
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and being on your feet in the action.
Clear communicator—whether in person, on the phone, or in reports.
Willing and able to travel when needed to keep projects safe, successful, and compliant.
