We’re a well-known commercial plumbing contractor handling both service calls and ground-up new construction projects, and we need a Plumbing Dispatcher who can:

• Keep our schedule tight and our crews moving

• Make our customers feel like they’re the only ones we’ve got

• Back up our Plumbing Department Managers so they can focus on big-picture work

What You’ll Do

• Be the voice of the company – answer client calls, log requests, and keep them updated every step of the way

• Match the right tech to the right job (service & new construction) and make sure they have what they need before they roll out

• Juggle schedules, changes, emergencies, and last-minute curveballs without breaking a sweat

• Keep vendors, suppliers, and managers in the loop

• Help track hours, costs, and job progress so we stay on point

What We’re Looking For

• Experience dispatching in plumbing, construction, HVAC, or another skilled trade (you know what a rough-in is without Googling it)

• A master multitasker who thrives in a busy, high-volume environment

• Polished communication – you can keep clients happy and techs informed without missing a beat

• Comfort with dispatch software & Microsoft Office (bonus if you speak fluent “spreadsheet”)

• Bilingual English/Spanish is a big plus
