Branch LEADER – Full Desk Recruiting & Client Services
( you wear all hats for now: Business Development Leader, Recruiter ( actually filling positions) & Client Relationship Manager)
Location: Dallas, Texas
Salary: 65K - 75K plus BASE (DOE) negotiable ( based on experience and past success)
Bonus: Uncapped Gain Share based on profitability - the more the branch grows so do you - that simple
Co Truck : Gas card and Truck provided for M-Fr work travel

Position Overview:
As Branch Recruiting leaders you’ll be the dynamic leader steering operations, business development, and recruitment for our Dallas location. Initially, you'll operate independently with direct involvement in all facets of business—from nurturing client relationships and fulfilling staffing orders to strategic planning and profitability management. Your role is hands-on; this isn’t for someone seeking a purely supervisory position. This is a boots on the ground mover and shaker who is NOT scared of hard work, bad days dont phase you ( you keep going), your independently motivated and are focused on the goals. Success will pave the way for team growth and your role transitioning into broader leadership and potentially partial ownership stake opportunities in our Dallas Branch for the right person who comes in and proves themselves.
Initial two-week training at corporate HQ in Austin, Texas. with ongoing visits ( trips to Austin) likely 1x month or every other month. Paid per diem and hotel.
Core Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Drive daily branch operations, strategic growth, and recruitment activities. ( this is the meat and potatoes) being the one man show, means your doing it all. Getting orders, placing ads/ recruiting, getting people hired and placed, client visits etc.).
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and achieving targeted profitability. ( able to read and understand a P&L)
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and operational standards. ( dont let this scare you , our lawyer just likes us to put this in there)
- Client & Team Development:
- Directly manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service.
- Recruit, onboard, and train team members as the branch grows. ( the right person will be the creator and leader of how we develop out this Dallas branch) onboarding another Recruiter or a Sales/Recruiter would be in PHASE 2
- Sales & Business Growth:
- Lead business development initiatives to expand client portfolio. ( networking with existing clients/ networking events in the construction industry, visiting jobsites and client offices ) part of it
- Develop pricing strategies, create client proposals, and present solutions effectively.
Skills & Experience:
Business Management:
- Minimum 4 years in business management, marketing, or operations ( preferable in the RECRUITING- STAFFING or similar arena)
- Experience managing or launching staffing agency branches is highly preferred
- Proven leadership in a hands-on operational setting
- Skilled in financial oversight including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting
Sales & Business Development:
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at engaging with diverse stakeholders from tradespeople to executives
- Proven ability to onboard and manage major accounts
Financial Acumen:
- Expertise in financial analysis, contract negotiations, and operational efficiency
- Understanding labor burdens, overhead management, and profitability optimization

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary starting at 65-7575Kplus (DOE)
- Uncapped Gain Share bonuses (quarterly & yearly)
- Health ( choice of options: 1) stipend: 350/month to use for your own healthcare choice or 2) company policy is a health share plan ( similar to Medi-share)
- Flexible PTO - we actually have a policy of use what you need- dont abuse. We lightly go by: (starting at 1 week after 6 months; 2 weeks after 1 year; 3 weeks after 5 years) but at the end of the day - we dont dock employees for missed work, as long as your performing and doing what is needed.
