COMPENSATION: $18 - $28 PER HOUR, DOE

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must have solid HVAC industry experience.

  • Strong residential service and sales experience and strong trouble shooting skills a must.

  • Up to date on latest tools of the trade; cameras, testers and being a lifelong learner.

  • Cleaning and servicing units with ability to perform tune ups and maintenance.

  • Very thorough on trouble shooting and repairs and servicing anything residential HVAC.

  • Technically competent with duct design and layout; as well as Heat Load Calculations, Blown in Insulation, Indoor Air Quality and Parts and Equipment Sales.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

 

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Must have EPA license.

  • Registration as a technician with TDLR is a requirement.

 

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Windows, including Word and Excel.
