Seeking motivated and reliable janitorial candidates in Monroe, NC. This position involves tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and maintaining cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and other areas. Also be responsible for trash removal, spot washing walls, cleaning windows and mirrors, and operating cleaning equipment. Duration: temp-to-hire for the right candidates
Pay Rate: $15 / hour - PAID WEEKLY
Detailed Job Duties:
Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and spot washing walls.
Restroom Maintenance: Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, including lavatories, toilets, urinals, and stalls, as well as replenishing supplies.
Trash Removal: Picking up and disposing of waste paper and trash, and ensuring proper trash disposal methods.
General Cleaning: Cleaning windows, sills, glass partitions, mirrors, lighting fixtures, and push-plates, bottoms of doors and stairways.
Floor Maintenance: Operating floor cleaning equipment like floor scrubbers or buffers.
Supply Management: Maintaining supplies and janitorial stations.
Special Projects: Assisting with special projects and general labor as needed.
Safety: Following safety procedures and using safety equipment.
Facility Maintenance: Performing minor repairs or assisting with facility maintenance tasks.
Job Requirements:
All qualified candidates must pass E-verify, background and drug test. No violent offenses.
Must be reliable and able to work independently in a team environment.
Must have your own reliable transportation.
