Pick / Packers in MONROE, NC. 1st shift 6:45 A - 3:45 P M-F $16-$17/hr DOE.
Requirements:
Must have strong computer skills, detail oriented and able to multi-task.
Will be responsible for preparing all paperwork for shipping orders, printing orders and communicating with corporate office.
Monitor shipment of products, verify proper documentation, maintain shipment log, report and resolve discrepancies.
Process and track shipments using computer systems and resolve delivery issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Must be familiar with AS400.
Will be a team lead to 4-6 warehouse workers assisting in the shipping dept.
Receive, pick, stage and load products for shipping via forklift.
Provide leadership and coaching for a staff of 4 shipping, receiving and warehouse associates.
