Now hiring machine operators for a manufacturing client in Belmont, NC - off Wilkinson Blvd (near Airport). This is an immediate and ongoing need and we are looking for candidates to start immediately! Job seekers with a background in general labor, warehouse worker, and packing/packer experience typically do well in this type of job.
All positions are temp-to-hire and PAID WEEKLY.
12 hour shifts (2 - 2 - 3 schedule) - must be willing to work 2 / weekends a month
Hours: 7A - 7P $14.50 - 15.50 / HR
7P - 7A $16.50 - 17.25 / HR
Job Description:
Inspect, and pack the final product so it can be stored in the warehouse for shipment
Reject product packages that do not meet quality standards
Document rejected packages, by reason.
Inspect and sign off complete pallets of product, label, and identify by product code.
Complete all necessary paperwork including, but not limited to, runtime and production output.
Responsible for re-packaging damaged products.
Requirements:
Must be able to learn and perform all scheduled job procedures independently; to keep the assigned job functioning at all times.
Must be physically equipped to maintain an upright, walking position for a twelve (12) hour shifts.
Must keep work area clean.
Wear required personal protective equipment at all times and adhere to all safety rules and procedures.
Follow all department and machine safety rules and procedures.
E-verify, Background, Drug Test required.
Must have personal reliable transportation - not on busline
