Seeking 4 temporary staff for a 3 day event in Ft. Walton Beach February 10th, 11th, and 12th
We need professional employees to work the registration desk at a convention center event in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Successful candidates will have professional presentation, excellent communication skills and customer service.
Must pass pre-employment screening!

Work Schedule:
Tuesday February 10, 2025: 7:00am - 5:00pm
Wednesday February 11, 2025: 6:30am - 4:00pm or 6:30am - 1:00pm
Thursday February 12, 2025: 6:30am - 4:00pm or 6:30am - 1:00pm
· Business Attire: Neutrals, black, white, and grey are preferred but not mandatory.
· Tops: Button-up shirts, blouses, or professional tops. Avoid casual t-shirts or overly bright and distracting patterns.
· Bottoms: Dress pants, skirts, or tailored slacks. Skirts should be at least knee-length.
· Footwear: Comfortable yet professional shoes (e.g., flats, loafers, or low-heeled pumps). No sneakers, flip-flops, or overly casual footwear.
· Hair and Grooming: Clean, neatly styled, and kept out of the face.
· Accessories: Minimal and professional (e.g., simple jewelry or watches).
· Tattoos: No tattoos on the neck/face area.
Additional Notes
· Training will be provided and is included in the schedule above.
· Lunch is not provided, and outside food is not permitted in the Convention Center. There are restaurants and grocery stores within driving distance.
· Temporary staff should arrive at their assigned times, ready to work. Please ensure staff are aware that there will be traffic with the construction in the area.
· Temperatures inside the venue can vary, so wearing layers or bringing a jacket/cardigan is recommended.
· Temporary staff are encouraged to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated, but it should remain discreet and out of sight.
Lunch note: You will get a 30 minute lunch break. There is NOT a restaurant onsite and no lunch provided. If bringing a lunch, required to eat outside/offsite as no outside food or drink is allowed inside the convention center. There are a few restaurant options within driving distance of convention center.
