SEEKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE FOR "WEEKENDS ONLY" !!!!!
As a Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service in a retail environment. Your primary responsibility will be assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Schedule
Saturday 9am - 5pm
Sunday 10am - 4pm
Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues
- Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately
- Assist customers in finding products and making recommendations based on their needs
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and monitoring inventory levels
- Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems to complete sales transactions efficiently
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Proficiency in basic math for handling transactions
- Knowledge of retail math concepts such as calculating discounts and sales prices
Payrate
$12/hr.
