Carteret County area is in need of a site manager. This position will oversee 3 properties located in Morehead City, Newport, and Beaufort.
Candidates must live as local as possible for this position, as some on call may be necessary.
Hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday - some on call may be needed.
Pay $16/hr
Will train the right candidate, but prior leasing experience is beneficial. MUST have prior customer service experience and some office experience.
Some Responsibilities may include:
- Leasing & Marketing: Advertise vacancies, show units, screen applicants, process applications, negotiate leases, and maintain high occupancy.
- Tenant Relations: Build positive relationships, promptly address concerns, mediate conflicts, enforce rules, and coordinate move-ins/outs.
- Property Maintenance: Inspect grounds, schedule repairs, oversee vendors, manage upkeep, and ensure safety/security (lighting, smoke detectors).
- Financial Management: Collect rent/deposits, manage budgets, process payments, handle accounts payable, and prepare reports.
- Administration: Handle clerical tasks, maintain records, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal housing laws.
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG TEST AND EMPLOYMENT CREDIT CHECK.
