A busy boat manufacturer in Beaufort is seeking energetic, hard working candidates for their boat assembly positions!
Pay $15.50/hr
Hours 6am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday
Must have steel toe boots, and be able to pass a drug test and background check
Key Responsibilities
- Component Assembly: Assembling boat parts using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to connect components.
- Hardware and Systems Installation: Installing deck hardware, electrical wiring, bilge systems, and other mechanical components.
- Reading Technical Documents :Interpreting blueprints, work standards, and assembly instructions to determine part placement and ensure correct assembly.
- Quality Control: Inspecting finished and in-progress components for quality and completeness, and performing minor repairs as needed.
- Material Handling: Safely handling and applying sealants, adhesives, and primers as part of the construction process.
- Work Area Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and performing housekeeping duties.
