We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Fuel Release Dispatcher to join our Contract Fuel Division. This critical role serves as the frontline of customer support during the weekend evening and night hours, providing real-time assistance to our clients and ensuring timely and accurate fuel releases.
This role operates during off-peak hours with limited real-time supervision, we are looking for a self-starter who is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, comfortable handling customer communications via phone and email, and a confident problem solver.
Key Responsibilities:
· Respond to incoming emails and phone calls from customers requesting contract fuel fuel releases and miscellaneous requests.
· Accurately enter customer data and fuel release request details into company software to generate fuel releases.
· Monitor and manage incoming fuel release requests, ensuring timeliness and precision.
· Communicate effectively with Fixed Base Operators (FBOs), pilots, and flight departments to confirm fuel arrangements.
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or discrepancies with a focus on efficiency and service excellence.
· Maintain detailed records of communications and transactions in accordance with company procedures.
· Coordinate with internal teams as needed to resolve after-hours issues or escalate time-sensitive concerns.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
· Prior experience in customer service, dispatch, aviation, or a related field is highly desirable.
· Strong communication skills; both written and verbal, with a professional, customer-first attitude.
· Comfortable working independently and managing responsibilities
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
