Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective tenants
- Assist applicants with the leasing process, including application completion and submission
- Screen potential tenants by verifying income, employment, and rental history
- Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections
- Respond to tenant inquiries and address any concerns or maintenance requests promptly
- Maintain accurate records of tenant information, lease agreements, and rental payments
- Perform data entry tasks to update tenant information in the property management system
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operations
