Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong sales and negotiation skills, as well as a background in benefits administration. Duties: - Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, including renewals and new business - Conduct market analysis to identify the best insurance products and coverage options for clients - Negotiate with insurance carriers to obtain competitive rates and terms - Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise - Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery Experience: - Previous experience in commercial lines account management or related field - Strong knowledge of benefits administration and insurance products - Proven track record in sales administration or outside sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to analyze complex information and make informed decisions - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is a plus
