Handyman

Job Summary:
 We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team. The Handy Man will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory and leadership skills, as well as mechanical knowledge and experience in facilities maintenance.

Responsibilities:

- Perform smaller construction/finishing jobs such as painting, repairing drywall and siding.
- Maintain inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies
 - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
- Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
 - Strong attention to detail

Preferred Skills:
 - Construction, carpentry, drywall and siding experience.
