Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Secretary. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth office operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and exceptional communication skills. Hours are M-F 8AM-5PM. Duties: - Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner - Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as necessary - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Manage calendars, ensuring all appointments are accurately recorded - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents - Assist with project coordination and order entry as needed - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary - Assist with event planning and coordination - Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors Requirements: - Proven experience as a Receptionist/Secretary or in a similar role - Proficient in using phone systems and office equipment - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed - Proficient in typing and data entry - Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire Salary: $14.00 per hour Benefits:
