Local Construction Company is actively seeking to fill the position of Full Charge Bookkeeper/Office Manager This is a part/full time position that requires professional interaction with owners, employees, accountants, clients, vendors, sub-contractors, utility & insurance agencies. Applicant must have previous experience in Construction Bookkeeping and possess proficient computer skills. Responsibilities: Full Charge Book Keeper is responsible for day-to-day company financial operations including maintaining office systems and supervising staff. Job Duties: Preparation of Account Payable & Receivable Reports including Collections, daily processing, tracking incoming & outgoing invoices. Compliance with the company’s policies and standard operating procedures related to new project start up requirements, billing, & job cost analysis for labor & materials. Skills and Qualifications: Proficient accounting & computer skills in Quick Books, Microsoft Office 365, Word, Outlook, and Excel, tracking Project costs, delegation, staffing development, and following company standard operating procedures. Education/Esperance Requirements: Preferred bachelor’s degree in Business and/or Accounting, and/or previous experience holding a similar position in the Construction Industry. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 per hour
