Beyond TalentEdge has direct hire opportunities providing support and guidance to kids ages 11-17 and their family in their new Critical Time Transition Program.

These positions will support the day-to-day functioning of residents and delivers relationship-based, competence centered solutions to youth and families to assist them in reaching their full potential.

The YCP I supports the day-to-day functioning of residents and delivers relationship-based, competence centered, and trauma informed solutions to youth and families to help them reach their full potential. 

The YCP III delivers relationship-based, competence centered and trauma informed solutions to youth and families. The YCP III functions with independence and cand be depended upon for resolution of more complex issues

The Supervisor CTTP oversees performance and quality of the therapeutic services provided by the CTTP program staff. The Supervisor ensures the efficiency of the day-to-day program operations including scheduling staff, hiring, training, regulatory compliance and safety of youth, families, and staff.

Requirements:

YCP I minimum:

• High school diploma or GED

• A valid driver’s license and meet agency driving standards

• CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire

YCP III minimum:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Minimum 18 months’ work experience in residential care environment

• A valid driver's license and meet agency driving standards

• CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire

Supervisor CTTP minimum:

• High School Diploma/GED

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a residential care setting required

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience

• Valid NYS Driver's License required

• Must meet agency driving and insurance standards

• CPR certification required or obtained within 60 days of hire

SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS

• While Hillside is a restraint free environment, there may be times in a “life or limb” situation, that staff may be required to physically restrain clients weighing between 50 lbs. and 300 lbs. and guide them safely to the floor. In some circumstances, restraints can last up to 15 minutes and may require repetition as necessary. 

Hours and Pay:

YCP I - starting at $18.00/hr – based on experience

YCP III - starting at $19.50/hr – based on experience

Supervisor CTTP - starting at $23.35/hr – based on experience

Days - 7:00am – 3:30pm

Nights - 3:00pm – 11:30pm
