Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for a Inside Sales & Marketing Support Specialist. Our client is state-of-the-art commercial security systems and solutions company.

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Inside Sales & Marketing Support Specialist to join our team. This role includes responsibility for overseeing the renewal of annual agreements including tracking/initiating renewals, ensuring agreement compliance, and reporting on agreement renewals to the management team. This position further supports sales and marketing by preparing quotations and assisting with business development. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, the ability to work collaboratively across departments, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Inside Sales Support:

· Renew various types of service agreements and ensure agreements are renewed on time.

· Review quotes, proposals and job cost estimates with assistance from Sales/Service team members.

· Assist with preparation of bid responses.

· Maintain sales and revenue planning process including preparation of annual forecast worksheets and quarterly reports.

 

Marketing Support:

· Collaborate with the marketing team on various projects and initiatives.

· Assist with pushing out marketing campaigns, including social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

· Manage and execute social media posting schedules to increase brand awareness and engagement.

· Support lead generation efforts through various marketing channels and initiatives.

· Serve as liaison with contracted external marketing agencies.

 

Reporting and Compliance:

· Monitor reporting and ensure inspection reports are filed correctly.

· Review test and inspection reports, ensuring they are signed and accurately reflect impairments and deficiencies.

· Report impairments and deficiencies to customers in a timely manner.

· Monitor scheduling of agreement related tasks to ensure timely completion of agreement requirements.

· Responsible for growing Recurring Monthly Revenue (RMR) through diligent monitoring and follow-up.

 

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

 

Qualifications:

· Associate’s degree in business, marketing or other relevant certification preferred.

· 3-5 years or proven experience in inside sales and/or marketing support.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.

· Proficiency working with Excel.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

 

Salary: 

$55,000 - $60,000
