Responsibilities:

• Execute production area sanitation protocols

• Development, implementation and continued support of preventative maintenance programs

• Operate pilot-scale beverage manufacturing equipment (batching, ultra-high temperature pasteurizer, filler)

• Perform shipping and receiving functions

• Run quality tests

• Interact with customers and aid in batching products

Requirement Qualifications:

• Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in equipment troubleshooting and maintenance of automated process systems (pumps, valves, instrumentation (temperature/pressure/flow transmitters)

• At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing or R&D environment

• Experience working in a food or beverage plant or equipment vendor/manufacturer with hands on equipment maintenance experience a plus

• Familiarity developing SOPs, preventive maintenance, and sanitation standards

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience interacting with customers a plus

Salary & Schedule:

$65,000- 80,000

Schedule: Monday- Friday

Day shift
