Beyond TalentEdge has partnered with a local healthcare facility in search of an Onboarding and Experience Specialist. The Onboarding and Experience Specialist is responsible for executing all onboarding related activities for new team members and transfers for the system.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for building relationships with new team members and existing employees throughout the pre- employment process.

  • Responsible for mentoring the candidate throughout the onboarding process. Communicating with the next steps and ensure completion.

  • Communicates candidate status to key stakeholders such as: hiring manager, recruiter, learning and development and any additional departments throughout onboarding process.

  • Manges all preemployment background checks

  • Partners with affiliations to schedule pre-employment health appointments for new team members.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Responsible for supporting new team members through first year of employment.

  • Creating an environment of engaging and belonging for new team members.

  • Communicating to leader identified issues related to new team members experience.

  • Collecting and documenting new team member feedback and sharing with appropriate parties.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years related experience

  • Associates degree preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Proven ability to build relationships

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to prioritize workload, multitask and met deadlines.

 

Salary & Schedule

$17 - $18 per hour

Monday- Friday 8am-4:30pm, in office.
