Beyond TalentEdge has partnered with a local manufacturing company in search of a 2nd shift CNC Machinist. Must be a dependable, team player. Intermediate to advanced blueprint reading with GD&T. Must have good tooling and machining background. Set-up and Operate CNC grinders. Perform all basic grinding required within the shop conforming to all specifications. Math and shop related knowledge a must.
Responsibilities:
1. Set-up and run any parts on CNC ID cylindrical grinders
2. Inspect 1st pc and own work to meet standards
3. Operate precision gauging
4. Follow safety standards and procedures
5. Can operate with little or no supervision
6. Follow proper work instructions
Requirements and Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two years CNC grinding experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts using decimals. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Salary & Schedule:
$21- $26/hr
4-10 hour days- Fridays off
