Their primary duties include processing transactions, managing records, and assisting with financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, input transactions into accounting systems, and update ledgers.

Process invoices, verify payments, and follow up on outstanding accounts.

Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.

Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries.

Track company expenses and verify expense reports.

Ensure adherence to company policies and financial regulations, assisting in audits as needed.

Organize and maintain financial documents, answer inquiries, and support the accounting team.
Requirement Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent technical training

3-5 years proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).

Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role is an advantage.

Strong accuracy and organizational skills.

Ability to work with numbers and analyze financial data.

Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
Salary & Schedule:
$21 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday
9:00am- 5:00pm
