RESPONSIBILITIES (Partial list) – a full list can be provided:

Reconcile accounts monthly and prepare/file monthly, quarterly and annual sales tax returns

Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy

Qualifying customers for credit limits and setting terms.

Maintain reporting regarding monthly, quarterly and annual KPI reporting
-
Assist in preparation of documentation for external auditors
-
Evaluate financial statements for discrepancies and alert the Accounting Manager if necessary.

Work with Accounting Manager to complete semi-annual audits and inventory counts.

Manage the accounting for the accounts payable system, including maintenance of data files, general ledger, and subsequent journal entries.

Cross train in purchasing/procurement.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
-
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or similar work experience required.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
-
Microsoft Office, Microsoft Navision or Microsoft Dynamics NAV, CRM.

Advanced Excel knowledge preferred.

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills required.

Candidates should possess knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and be proficient in spreadsheet, database, and word processing applications.
