Beyond TalentEdge has partnered with a local company in search of a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team!
Responsibilities:

Send out pre-formatted bid request emails for projects

Manage and track bid submissions via Outlook and internal systems

Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to follow up on bids and gather information
-
Maintain organized records of bid communications and responses
-
Communicate effectively via email and phone with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
-
Utilize technology efficiently to manage workflow and track bid progress
-
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirement Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and general computer skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls professionally

Highly organized with attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
Salary & Schedule:
$16 per hour
Schedule: Monday- Friday 8am- 5pm
