Beyond TalentEdge is currently seeking a technician – L1, which performs baseline testing of technology components, basic and intermediate kit assembly, and cosmetic prep of technology devices for re-packaging.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Performs advanced functional testing, software image load and user level configuration of various IT platforms.

Assembles kits for shipping.

Understands effective fault isolation process and can diagnose failures to a board level and perform repairs on various technology platforms.
SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Ability to understand and communicate inventory discrepancies.

Ability to consistently follow pre-established process documentation.

Ability to work independently but understanding of when to escalate a situation to superiors.
