Beyond TalentEdge has a direct hire opportunity for a Make Ready/Permitting Broadband Analyst. Our client is an expert in providing technology and security solutions to the public safety, education and healthcare industries. They have been serving their clients for almost 30 years.
As a Broadband Analyst you will be responsible for managing the flow of information between the company, the utilities and the Department of Transportation (DOT). This position is vital to the overall success of any project by ensuring all steps of the project process are completed on schedule.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

Submits maps and exhibits received by Designer to all utilities for Make Ready.

Obtains price quotes for required electric Make Ready.

Ensures that all payments are made to utilities for Make Ready.

Tracks the Make Ready process

Submits permit applications to respective DOT, state, county or town.

Ensures all payments for permit applications are made.

Tracks the permit process
-
Reviews pole attachment agreements.

Requests and maintains a record of all required insurances.

Reviews contractor applications for payment.

Works with clients to ensure that the company and contractor invoicing is received, accepted and paid.
Education/Experience:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 10 years on-the-job or an equivalent combination of related work experience, training and/or education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job is required.

Experience with NYSEG and National Grid Make Ready process a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Project Management skills, tracking and analysis.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

$65,000 - $90,000
