We’re looking for two maintenance techs who are self-starters and capable of working independently. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, with experience in tasks such as changing motors from start to finish and replacing parts as necessary. Electrical experience with 120/480 volts is also required.
Hours: 7am -3:30 pm or 8am-5pm (Monday-Friday)
Pay: $28 - $32 per hour
Role and Responsibilities / Essential Functions

Perform troubleshooting, preventive and demand maintenance for production lines including electrical and mechanical repairs, replace components such as: motors and motor drives, pumps, sensors, hydraulics, pneumatics, transmissions, make adjustments keeping in mind quality, tolerances and order of operations.

Work from schedules, work orders, manuals, blueprints, charts and instructions.

Use precision measuring devise (multimeters, calipers, etc.)

Maintain, repair, and install a wide variety of machine parts, components and equipment.

Effectively communicate with peers, production associates, and supervision.

Required Skills / Abilities / Competencies

Must have knowledge of electrical systems and wiring (including 120/480 volts)

Must have experience and knowledge of machine operation and troubleshooting

Must demonstrate an understanding of safe work environment and have a proven ability to work safely

Must have a solid work history showing the ability to maintain a good attendance record

Must have your own set of standard tools

Plastic extrusion experience is a plus

Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Intermittent periods of crouching, kneeling, working in confined areas and in varied temperatures and outdoors as necessary to safely service equipment.
