Purchasing Clerk
Duties:
· Processing of Dropship Purchase Orders (Data Entry)
· Review PO acknowledgements by email and calling vendors
· Index PO confirmation in DocLink paperless system
· Clearing Purchasing status in DocLink paperless workflow (Sorting stock from dropship items)
· Reviewing backorders to determine if the items are to be drop shipped or brought in
· Check status of open purchase orders by email and calling vendors
· Filing Purchase orders in warehouse mobile filing cabinet
· Other tasks and projects as assigned
Qualifications:
· High School diploma or GED
· Must have experience using dual screens
· 1+ years previous Purchasing experience
· Must be detail oriented
· Able to multi-task
· Strong Organizational skills
· Must be reliable & have own transportation
Technical:
· Intermediate Computer skills
· Microsoft Word & Outlook knowledge required
· Good Typing skills
· Good communication skills
Software: (Will be using the following)
Sage 100 (ERP System)
Dual Monitors
Paperless workflow system (DocLink)
Rate: $19.00hr (Sign on Bonus of $250.00 Gift Card)
Hours: 8am – 4:30pm
