Customer Service/ Sales Coordinator... Exciting sales support role (NOT A SALES POSITION - NO SALES INVOLVED) where you can channel your customer service support talents in beautiful professional offices in Lincolnshire! (Currently remote due to COVID - will eventually be hybrid)

Customer Service/Sales Coordinator will work with customers to ensure orders are placed correctly, expedite orders when necessary, report on order status and answer product questions!

Customer Service/ Sales Coordinator primary responsibilities:

  • Learn product information

  • Track customer inventory levels

  • Determine pricing of products

  • Identify and respond to customer needs

  • Negotiate costs with vendors

  • Research product availability

  • Salary up to $50,000

Job Requirements

Customer Service/ Sales Support Coordinator qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Advanced Excel skills required

  • Must have a minimum of two years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment

  • International order expediting experience

  • Bilingual Spanish a plus
