  • Process inbound calls and generate outbound calls to specific homeowners/borrowers across the country.

  • Assist borrowers with routine account issues and questions relating to a mortgage in default status, educating homeowners about default resolution options to avoid foreclosure.

  • Handle collection and processing of mortgage payments.

  • Providing loss mitigation packages to borrowers; reviewing and responding to returned documentation in accordance with regulations.

  • Documenting actions taken and providing routine status updates on delinquent accounts in the system.

Job requirements:

  • Some College preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required.

  • 2+ years Call center experience, Financial services/operations environment preferred.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven negotiation skills and demonstrated good judgment.

  • Bilingual Spanish a plus.
