•Identify and respond to customer needs

 

•Negotiate costs with vendors

 

•Research product availability

 

•Salary up to $43,000

Job Requirements

 

Customer Service/ Sales Support Coordinator qualifications:

 

Bilingual Spanish

 

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

•Experience with SAP a plus

 

•Experience expediting international orders

 

•Advanced Excel skills required

 

•Must have a minimum of two years customer service experience in a manufacturing environment

 

•Team oriented
