Greet candidates who are testing that day
Instruct candidates to sign in on the log
Ask candidate what test theyu are taking: candidates who require 2 ID's or a log-in code will be identified on a roster form at the registration desk and TCA will check the 2 ID's when applicable and assure candidates requiring a code have the proper code
Direct candidate to lock up all belongings except for locker key and ID; there is a standing document at registration desk directing all candidates what to lock up. The TCA can point to it and inhstruct candidates to follow the policy.
Remind candidates to use restroom before proceeding to security
Lead candidate to administration area, instucting him or her where to stand. While lead TCA is performing security and checking candidate in, TCA sits at DVR monitor and clicks through eaqch frame for close up views at each desk (easy to learn).
When candidate is checked-in and ready to be seated, escort candidate into the lab, have him or her stand at designated place while TCA places the materials provided to candate on desk, unlocks computer (all computers unlock with the same 3 sequence code), motion candidate over and point to location with labels where key/ID are placed and point to seat for candidate to be seated and begin testing.
While candidates are testing, perform a physical walk-through in the lab every 8-10 minutes and inbetween times, perform a remote walk-through of each canidate's desk on the DVR monitor.
The shift is from 7:30 until 17:00 (5:00pm) with one half hour for lunch. TCA cannot leave the Testing Center as two (2) TCA's must always be present. There is a breakroom with a refrigerator and Keurig coffee maker and TCA's must bring their lunch and snacks.
The primary days for testing are Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.
