Job description A respected nursing agency is seeking compassionate and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional home care services. This role includes planning and supervising care, providing leadership to CNAs and PCAs, and ensuring the highest quality of care for medically frail clients. Paying $30.00/hr-35.00/hr!!! Available Positions: Grovetown, GA: Night Shift: 3 nights/week, 8 PM–8AM Williston, SC: Day Shift: Saturday–Sunday, 7 AM–7 PM Night Shifts (4 positions): Must be flexible Monday–Sunday, 7 PM–7 AM Key Responsibilities: Plan and evaluate home care services. Supervise CNAs and PCAs to ensure professional and compassionate care Assist with policy development, job descriptions, and competency programs. Maintain regular communication with staff, families, and care teams. Review clinical records for new, active, and discharged clients. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program. Active RN or LPN license in Georgia or South Carolina (depending on location). Minimum one year of experience in home health care or long-term care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time and work independently or as part of a team.
