Digital Designer Job Description
The Beazley Company’s Digital Designer enhances our marketing efforts and supports our agents
with impactful visual content. This role collaborates with the Marketing Director and Social Media &
Website Manager to develop print and digital materials, coordinate events, and create designs that
align with our brand and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Design
• Design and develop print and digital marketing materials for new homes, resale listings,
property management, and commercial real estate.
• Create visually appealing agent home listing booklets, open house packets, and
personalized business cards that align with brand guidelines.
• Design social media content, flyers, email promotions, and other assets to support
community events, agent promotions, and company initiatives.
• Develop targeted postcard mailings for agent farming and community outreach.
• Produce community digital packets highlighting features and opportunities for potential
buyers.
• Create agent and company review posts for social media to celebrate achievements and
client feedback.
Event Coordination and Content Creation
• Coordinate communications and logistics for community and company events, ensuring
cohesive branding and timely execution.
• Design and manage promotional materials for events, including social media posts, email
campaigns, and flyers.
• Capture high-quality event photography and produce videos for use in marketing materials.
• Plan and execute monthly digital inventory posts for community properties.
Agent and Internal Support
• Assist agents with farming mailings.
• Create and schedule e-blasts upon request.
• Monitor agent and employee-created content for compliance with brand guidelines and
regulatory standards.

Digital Designer Job Description
• The Digital Designer is expected to assist with covering the reception area as needed to
ensure phones are answered promptly and visitors are greeted professionally.
• Support relocation and company-wide newsletters by designing layouts and incorporating
provided content.
Specialized Design Projects
• Create realistic 2D models and renderings for promotional use.
• Film, edit, and produce video content for internal and external marketing purposes.
• Perform minor retouching of photos and other visual assets as needed.
Digital and Brand Oversight
• Ensure that all digital, physical, social media, and website content complies with legal,
ethical, company, and franchise standards and requirements.
Requirements
• Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field
preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or a similar role.
• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
o Knowledge of video editing tools and 3D modeling software is a plus.
• Creativity: Ability to create original advertising and promotional materials with minimal
direction.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively
with agents and the marketing team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to convey
information clearly and professionally in both spoken and written formats.
Other requirements:

Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with real estate marketing or a similar industry.
