POSITION SUMMARY
The Warehouse Coordinator for FujiClean USA is a manufacturing professional to assist in the
production plant including warehousing, shipping, receiving and related paper trail of FujiClean
treatment units and related components. The position requires good communication, team building,
technical aptitude, and computer literacy skills. This is a working position that will require operating
equipment, warehousing, and pick/pack of goods when required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
• Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment to meet or exceed OSHA standards
• Maintain 5S standards – make sure warehouse, ancillary, shipping / receiving, dock / ramp, and
loading lot areas are cleaned daily
• Checking and inspecting items to meet or exceed quality standards
• Assisting to ensure shipping schedules are completed on time
• Loading, unloading, and moving goods as necessary
• Compiling shipping / receiving records and maintain inventory records in MRP system
• Update daily kanban boards
• Assist in writing standard operating procedures and training for all warehouse functions
• Communicating with other departments
• Forklift trained
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Minimum of five (5) years related experience desired
• OSHA 30-hr Training for Construction & General Industry successful completion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products
• Must be able to function with minimal supervision
• Strong technical aptitude
