POSITION SUMMARY
The QC Associate for FujiClean USA is a manufacturing professional to assist in the production,
assembly, testing, and packing of FujiClean treatment units and related components. The position
requires a positive attitude with good technical skills and communication to complete workflow
accurately and on-time. This is a working position that will require operating equipment, assembly,
testing, warehousing, loading and unloading at times.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
? Ensuring and maintaining safe work environment
? Rigid Inspection and test of units with a keen eye on exceeding quality standards
? Communicating with other employees and supervisors when quality standards are not meet
? Excellent skill using common hand tools
? Loading, unloading, and moving goods as necessary
? Final assembly and packing of units in compliance with FujiClean shipping requirements
? Compiling production records and maintain inventory accurately
? Segregating and marking non-conforming material
? Daily functional checking of equipment (ie. Final assembly tools, water test rig, forklift, etc.)
? Maintaining daily 5S standard
? Ensuring equipment is used safely and properly
? Ensuring production plans are completed on-time
? Forklift trained (if necessary)
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
? Positive attitude and willingness to learn
? OSHA 10-hr Training for Construction & General Industry successful completion
? Must be able to function with minimal supervision and follow instructions
? Ability to work effectively with a small team
? Valid forklift operator’s license (as needed)
