Pay: $20.00 per hour, paid weekly!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Employment Type: Full time, Trial to Hire
About this Opportunity:
The Production Operator is responsible for performing a variety of manual, semi-automated or automated tasks necessary for the manufacturing of sub-assemblies and/or final product. The Production Operator is responsible for maintaining productivity, quality, on-time delivery and safety of self and co-workers. This position operates under minimal guidance from management or senior staff. The Production Operator ensures the company's brand, philosophy, systems, policies, and procedures are properly implemented and observed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Follows manufacturing procedures, including documentation of product traceability;
Operates the required manufacturing equipment in a safe and efficient manner using designated tools;
Meets established production standards;
Completes assembly-related tasks like molding, trimming, and packaging.
Supports research and development projects, as needed;
Reads, comprehends and performs duties as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP);
Follows all start up and shut down procedures;
May provide temporary support to other production teams as business needs demand;
Meets expectations of regular, reliable attendance;
Other Duties as Needed: Any other duties and tasks as deemed necessary and appropriate.
What makes you a great fit:
High School diploma or equivalent;
Fine motor skills in hands/wrist and good hand/eye coordination;
Good vision (with or without corrective lenses);
Able to read, write, speak and comprehend written and verbal instructions in English;
Ability to stand for extended periods of time;
Ability to sit for extended periods of time;
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Ability to meet deadlines and priorities
