Shift: Monday-Friday 5:30AM-1:30PM

About this Opportunity:
The Line Technician operates production line equipment, performs corrective and preventative maintenance (including cleaning, inspection, and lubrication), and troubleshoots machine issues to meet daily production targets. This role also involves performing quality checks, changeovers, and sanitizing procedures. The technician collaborates with maintenance and shift management to diagnose issues and suggests improvements, ensuring efficient and smooth production line operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Follows GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ISO 22716
Observe and follow safety rules and regulations.
Operate production line equipment in accordance with safety and standard work guidelines.
Ensure smooth startups and maintain first pass quality.
Complete required production and quality documentation accurately.
Perform corrective and preventative maintenance to meet daily production targets.
Perform line changeovers, cleaning, and sanitizing procedures.
Support equipment parameter updates and assist in identifying root causes of recurring failures.
Foster a team-based environment and train new operators to ensure skill development.
Drive Lean principles and continuous improvement efforts on the production line.
Respond urgently to downtime and escalate issues as necessary.
Collaborate with maintenance, shift leads, and supervisors to drive performance improvements.
Participate in problem-solving and implement actions to improve line performance.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure safety compliance across the production line.
Troubleshoot machine issues and provide technical support to ensure optimal performance.
What makes you a great fit:
High school diploma or GED required.
Basic troubleshooting and tool usage knowledge for adjustments, changeovers, and corrective maintenance
Ability to Communicate effectively
Experience with Pallet Jacks, tape guns, tape machines.
Previous experience with Liquid filling Machines, cappers, conveyors, &lot coders preferred.
