Location: Ramsey, MN
Pay: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Employment Type: Full time, Trial to Hire
About this Opportunity:
The Warehouse Picker is responsible for accurately locating, pulling, and preparing customer orders for shipment while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, organized work environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work efficiently with warehouse technology and equipment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves using pick lists, RF scanners, or voice-picking systems, matching part numbers and quantities
•Inventory Management: Scan items being picked using the Batch Report to maintain inventory accuracy.
•Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and picking carts as authorized.
•Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to all safety guidelines, maintain a clean and clutter-free work area, and report any hazards.
•Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet daily goals and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
What makes you a great fit:
•Proven experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting.
•Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS).
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
•Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and walk for extended periods.
