Location: Elk River, MN
Pay: $16.00 per hour, increases to $18.00 per hour after 90 days.
Shift: Flexible, 1st shift
Employment Type: Part-time (20 hours per week) to start, could increase to full-time
About this Opportunity:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented team player to join our pack as Production Specialist. This role will start out with part time hours in our production facility, contributing to make sure that every product that goes out to our customers is top quality and on time. This role will be involved in all of our production processes including hot and cold strap cutting, riveting, sewing, embroidery, laser engraving, quality control and inventory. This role will start as part time with full time potential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Serve as quality assurance for all products leaving assembly
Learn and master all aspects of production, which includes laser engraving, embroidery, sewing, hot and cold cutting strap and webbing and final assembly of all products
Work closely with the staff to ensure continuous improvement within the fulfillment cycle
Take on other projects & tasks as needed, including purchasing, restocking merchandise

Has strong computer skills and proficiency with computer basics like Google Apps, Email, Calendar, etc.
Has excellent communication skills - written and verbal
