Location: Ramsey, MN
Pay: $18.00 per hour, paid weekly!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Employment Type: Full time, Trial to Hire
About this Opportunity:
This position works as part of a team to prepare products for the paint process. An important role which contributes to producing blemish free finishes and a quality product timely and efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•Loads products on and off the line before and after paint
•Sanding and wiping of units prior to paint application
•Masking / taping two color units
•Matching of components prior to assembly
•Patch or putty defects including sanding and other minor repairs
•Ability to read and interpret work orders
•Contributes to LEAN and 5S efforts
•Ability to work overtime as needed
•Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts
What makes you a great fit:
This position is entry-level and training is provided!
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
