Now Hiring: Machine Operator
Location: Eden Prairie, MN
Shift: 2pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday
Pay: $21.00/hr
Employment Type: Full time, trial to hire!
About this Opportunity: Atlas Staffing has partnered with a high-quality commercial printing company, and we are looking for a Machine Operator like you to join their team.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepare printing equipment by installing plates or cylinders, loading paper and materials, setting ink levels, and adjusting feed and tension controls.

Calibrate machinery according to job specifications.

Operate printing presses, ensure continuous material feed, and monitor print quality— including color accuracy, registration, and clarity.

Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs. Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain optimal machine performance.

Inspect printed products to verify they meet internal quality standards and client requirements. Identify and correct defects before final production.

Follow all safety procedures, operate machinery responsibly, and maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.

Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines, track and record production data, and manage materials efficiently to support smooth workflow.

Machine Operator Experience

Understanding of flexographic printing processes and plate technologies.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools.

Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read job tickets, layout diagrams, and quality specifications.

Must be able to pick up to 50lbs

Must be able to stand up for 50% of the day

Strong verbal communication skills
