Location: Lakeville, MN
Pay: $17.75 per hour

Shift: 3rd Shift | 9:45pm-6:15am

Employment Type: Full-Time | Trial-to-Hire

About the Role

Atlas Staffing is seeking a dependable 3rd-Shift Janitor to perform general sanitation and cleaning duties in a manufacturing environment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility by following established safety, sanitation, and quality standards.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

• Perform general sanitation tasks in accordance with safety and quality procedures

• Operate and maintain specialized cleaning and sanitation equipment

• Clean production areas, warehouse spaces, and exterior premises as assigned

• Mop floors, clean walls, sanitize machinery, and maintain production rooms and storage areas

• Safely handle and work with strong cleaning chemicals and solvents

• Complete all required sanitation, safety, and compliance documentation

• Communicate work status and issues to the Support Leader

• Follow written and verbal instructions and complete other duties as assigned

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required
