Shift: 1WEN Shift - Th. Midnight to 6am (Friday), Fri - Sun 6pm to 6am

About this Opportunity:

Atlas Staffing has partnered with a company that specializes in producing injection-molded plastic prototypes. Our client provides innovative manufacturing solutions and high-quality prototypes for industries that demand precision and performance. We are looking for a Plastic Trim Operator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for trimming plastic parts in accordance with customer requirements, supporting the injection molding presses, and identifying quality issues. If you have experience with hand and power tools, quality control, and are eager to contribute to a growing company, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

Trim plastic parts in accordance with customer requirements using hand and power tools (e.g., knives, diagonal-cutting pliers, band saws, grinders, sanders)

Support injection molding presses during the production process

Identify quality issues related to trimming, injection molding, packaging, and order fulfillment

Assist with organizing and preparing parts for further production or packaging

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow safety protocols and company standards

What Makes You a Great Fit:

Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Ability to stand for long periods and perform manual labor tasks

Ability to lift, carry, and/or move up to 70 lbs

Strong attention to detail and quality control

Previous experience in trimming or production environments preferred

Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
