Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift: 11:30pm-8:00am, Monday-Friday

About this Opportunity:
We're hiring Shipping/Receiving Leads to join the team at a manufacturing company in Eden Prairie, MN!
What You’ll Be Doing:
Receiving: Inspect and verify incoming shipments, accurately document received goods, and report any discrepancies.
Shipping: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately, prepare shipping documentation, and coordinate with carriers.
Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels, organize and store products efficiently, and conduct regular stock counts.
Order Fulfillment: Process customer orders timely, ensure order accuracy, and handle returns effectively.
Warehouse Operations: Maintain a safe and organized warehouse, utilize equipment safely, and comply with regulations.-
Communication and Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate records.
What makes you a great fit:
Able to use /operate and maintain material handling equipment like forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Proficient in inventory management systems and shipping software
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to lift and move heavy packages)
Past Shipping Experience
Past leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
