REACH TRUCK OPERATOR

Now Hiring: Forklift Operator
Location: Ramsey, MN
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour, Paid weekly!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm
Employment Type: Full time, Trial to Hire

About this Opportunity:
The Order Picker will be responsible for accurately and efficiently retrieving products from the warehouse inventory, preparing them for shipment or staging, maintaining good housekeeping, and supporting the shipping/receiving process. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow standard work instructions, and consistent productivity in a warehouse environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Pull items from inventory locations based on work orders/pick lists or voice/RF scanner instructions.

• Verify the correct part, quantity, label, and condition of items picked.

• Stage picked items to packing or shipping areas, ensuring safe and accurate movement.

• Use warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck, forklifts if certified) to move materials.

• Pack or assist in packaging items, apply labels, wrap pallets, and prepare shipments as needed.

• Load/unload shipments when required (depending on site), assist in receiving activities.

• Maintain inventory accuracy by reporting discrepancies, damaged goods or missing items.

• Keep assigned aisles, shelves, staging areas and work zones clean, organized and safe (5S practices).

• Follow all safety, quality, and standard operating procedures, including use of PPE and compliance with OSHA / TGI standards.

• Support cross-functional warehouse tasks as assigned (cycle counting, replenishment, returns processing, etc.).
