Pay: $21.00 per hour, paid weekly!
Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm

About this Opportunity:
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with some knowledge or experience in medical manufacturing to join a team as a Medical Line Lead. This position involves overseeing and supporting assembly projects in a cleanroom or medical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to work collaboratively while managing inventory, production flow, and team coordination.
What You’ll Be Doing:
•Lead medical assembly lines ensuring adherence to customer specifications and internal standards.
•Maintain strict quality standards and ensure accuracy across all phases of production.
•Supervise daily tasks and delegate responsibilities to ensure project timelines are met.
•Coordinate with quality control and inventory teams to maintain proper stock levels and reduce waste.
•Train and mentor line staff on procedures, safety, and company policies.
•Shift between projects as needed with a flexible and adaptive mindset.
•Maintain clear and accurate records, including batch records, logs, and inventory documentation.
•Ensure all documentation is completed with legible handwriting and proper detail.
•Utilize Excel and other computer programs for tracking production and inventory data.
What makes you a great fit:
•Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a strong plus.
•Previous experience in medical device assembly, cleanroom environments, or medical project coordination.
•Experience in inventory control and production tracking.
•Ability to read and interpret customer specifications and technical documentation.
•Familiarity with Excel and general computer applications.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills.
•Legible handwriting is required for accurate documentation.
•Flexibility to shift between projects or departments as needed.
